In the AHL, the Chicago Wolves are playing better, but they could lose a key player.
When last we left the Chicago Wolves, their owner was yelling at clouds because they didn’t have enough old guys and – though he did it during intermission of the team’s first game of the season – he might have had reason for concern. The Wolves were one of the youngest teams in the AHL, and started off the season losing five of their first six.
Apparently, we just needed to let head coach Cam Abbott cook.
