Frederik Andersen and Taylor Hall are coming back, whether you like it or not.
The Hurricanes re-signed Frederik Andersen to a one-year extension last week and I can hear the bellyaching from here. “It’s time to move on,” they said, not clarifying where, exactly, the team should move on to. Sure, the dude isn’t the goaltender he was seven years ago. Hell, he’s not the goaltender he was three years ago. But, I mean, you really have to look at the alternatives.
