Today's newsletter is a bonus-sized edition because I forgot to write up something to send out on Tuesday and I have guilt issues.
So the Canes and the Avalanche played as the Whalers and the Nordiques and no one died. Well, I apparently did, but that's not me. At least, I don't think that it is.
Anyway, the game looked really slick. The Nordiques jerseys really popped with their dark blue, which was honestly a better color than the powder blue deals that the Nordiques of the 80s wore and were probably one of the top reasons that Eric Lindros wouldn't play for them.
