It's been a rough offseason.
Not for the Canes, mind you, whose difficulties are figuring out what to do with their day with the Stanley Cup, but for those of us that try to write entertaining things about them on a semi-regular basis. That's why there was no Tuesday newsletter - there just wasn't something to write about, and considering half of last Friday's newsletter was dedicated to the backstory of a Suzanne Vega song, you know we're struggling.
We'll just touch on some stuff here, from most to least Canes related, and we'll be back next Friday - one newsletter a week - until things start picking up.
